We loved the spacious and quiet apartment. Easy access to Venice by train. Very helpful manager and assistant. Comfortable and cosy stay. Great supermarket nearby. Large parking area. Kind reception staff.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the cozy and cute apartment. the location was perfect, as it was a great point to easily access Venice by train. Additionally, the staff at the reception were extremely polite and helpful, providing us with information and recommendations for our visit to Venice. the house, like atmosphere of the hallway, with its well, decorated shelves filled with books, added an extra touch of warmth to our stay.
I must mention a few drawbacks. our room, which was the cheapest option, was not the most appealing.

Additionally, there is a nice supermarket within a 100-meter distance, providing convenient shopping options for guests.
Some aspects of the hotel, such as the cheap room amenities and old furniture, could benefit from refurbishment.
